Submission Rules

• All entries must be submitted online.
• The PRSA Hampton Roads Pinnacle Awards are open to PRSA members, non-members and college students.
• The majority of the entry must have been produced or conducted primarily between January 2017-June 2018.
• Entries may be submitted in more than one category, but there is an entry fee for each submission.
• Please include a two page executive summary (no smaller than 10 point font) that includes the following information:
  • Research
  • Planning
  • Implementation
  • Evaluation
• Additional files can be submitted to highlight information in the executive summary.
• Follow any additional instructions found in the description of the category for the entry you are submitting.

Submission Fees

Tactic and Program entries must have been produced or conducted primarily between January 2017 - June 2018. Entries may be submitted for more than one category; however, there is an entry fee for each submission. 

• $50 for members
• $80 for non-members
• $25 late fee after Friday, September 7, 2018
• No fee for individual award nominations
• No fees for student submissions (late fee will apply)

All entries must be submitted online and received by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018.

Judging

Submissions will be judged by the New York Capital Region chapter. Individual awards will be judged by a panel of past Starkey Pinnacle winners.

Entries that meet a certain point value will receive either a Merit Pinnacle or Excellence Pinnacle award.
