Membership Requirements

Please note MHI members can enter any award category in which they qualify. Companies that members of a state association, but not direct members of MHI can enter the award categories below.

  • Interior Design Award
    • Must be a member of the state association  
         in the state where the retail center is located.
  • Land-Lease Communities Award - (East & West)
    • Must be a member of the state association  
         in the state where the community is located.
  • Modular Home Design Award  - HUD & MOD
  • Retail Sales Center of the Year Award
    • Must be a member of the state association  
         in the state where the retail center is located.

Section 3

Permission to Use Photography

All materials submitted for the 2020 MHI Excellence in Manufactured Housing Awards become property of the Manufactured Housing Institute.  By submitting your images you are giving MHI permission to use the photographs included in the submission in its future publications, web site, photo library and online photo gallery.  Videos may also be used in the online photo gallery.  Entrants are responsible for obtaining permission to use photography produced by others.

The deadline for entries, fees and entry materials to be entered into the system is February 7, 2020.
