• What are the ILEA Esprit Awards?

  The ILEA Esprit Awards®, is a globally recognized awards competition designed to and honor the exceptional professional achievements of individuals and organizations from across the ILEA membership.

• What is the cost to enter the Awards?

  The ILEA Esprit Awards cost $100.00 USD per entrant per entry submission until May 5^th 2017 11:59 PDT.  Submissions received between May 6, 2017 at 12:00am PDT and May 12, 2017 at 11:59 pm PDT cost $125.00 USD per entrant per entry.

• Who can enter the awards?

  Any ILEA member in good standing on or before May 12, 2017 is eligible to enter the ILEA Esprit Awards competition.

• What are the most common reasons for disqualification?

  Entrant names or company names and logos, included in an entry is the biggest cause for entry disqualification.  In close second, an entrant failing to complete the budget or not including budget items outlined in the instructions.

• How do I enter?

  All entries are prepared and submitted via ILEA’ online awards portal.  The online system can be accessed by ILEA members through their ILEA membership accounts.

• Will my Entry information be shared?

  No, only the two representative photos will be used for promotional purposes.  Award judges will view your entry content, but have no means to distribute the material.

  Awards help to increase your ability to influence others, gain recognition for your talents and strengthen your personal brand while vastly improving your chances for success. The ILEA Esprit Awards are a catalyst for personal potential and professional growth. • What Events can I enter?

  Any event, event component or event concept that occurred between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.  Visit the categories tab to determine the best category for your event.

• Who Judges the Awards?

  Highly qualified ILEA leaders and creative event professionals with a broad range of experience and specialization from around the world serve as judges. The ILEA Esprit Awards online judging system was configured to guarantee the entire awards system is completely anonymous. 

• What is the submission deadline date?

  All completed entries including payment must be submitted on or before May 5, 2017 at 11:59 pm PST. Submissions received between May 6, 2017 at 12:00am PST and May 12, 2017 at 11:59 pm PST will incur an additional $25 fee per entrant. Any submissions after May 13, 2017  will not be accepted.
