The deadline for entries, fees and entry materials to be entered into the system is March 24, 2017.

 

Fees for Each Entry

Land-Lease Community of the Year and Retail Sales Center of the Year:  $75

Manufactured and Modular Home Design Awards:  $75

Interior Design/Home Merchandising Awards: $75

 

Please Note the Following Membership Requirements

  • Manufacturers that enter the Manufactured and Modular Home Design Awards competition must be a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute. 
  • Retailers that enter the Retail Sales Center of the Year Award must be a member of the state association of the state where the sales center is located.
  • Land-lease communities must be a member of the state association in the state where the community is located.
  • For the Outstanding Interior Design/Home Merchandising Awards a retail sales center would need to be a member of the state association where it is located, a land-lease community would need to be a member of the state association where it is located, a manufacturer would need to be a direct member of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) and the community that submits a design for a clubhouse would need to be a member of the state association where it is located.

 

Permission to Use Photography

All materials submitted for the 2017 National Industry Awards Competition become the property of the Manufactured Housing Institute.  By submitting your images, you are giving MHI permission to use the photographs included in the submission in its future publications, Web site, Photo Library and online Photo Gallery.  Videos may also be used in the online Photo Gallery.  Entrants are responsible for obtaining permission to use photography produced by others.
