The ILEA Esprit Awards®, is a globally recognized awards competition designed to and honor the exceptional professional achievements of individuals and organizations from across the ILEA membership.

All completed entries including payment must be submitted on or before 15 April, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. No Late Fees this year.

Any ILEA member in good standing on or before 15 April, 2020 is eligible to enter the ILEA Esprit Awards competition.

Entrant names or company names and logos, included in an entry is the biggest cause for entry disqualification. In close second, an entrant failing to complete the budget or not including budget items outlined in the instructions.

All entries are prepared and submitted via ILEA’s online awards portal. The online system can be accessed by ILEA members through their ILEA membership.

No, only the general overview of the event and two representative photos will be used for promotional purposes.  Award judges will view your entry content, but have no means to distribute the material.

Highly qualified ILEA leaders and creative event professionals with a broad range of experience and specialization from around the world serve as judges. The ILEA Esprit Awards online judging system was configured to guarantee the entire awards system is completely anonymous.

Yes, entries must receive, at minimum, 50 points in order to qualify as a nominee.
