All entries my be current members of AAGM and in good standing.

Answer all questions as thoroughly as possible. The judges do not know your nominee so please be as descriptive and thorough in your answers as possible, citing specific examples in which he/she went above and beyond the required job duties.

SPECIFIC JUDGING CRITERIA AND ENTRY/NOMINATION FORMS ARE REQUIRED ELEMENTS OF EACH AWARD. Supporting materials, photos, testimonials, letters of recommendations, etc., must be submitted with the nomination. Failure to provide required documentation will result in your entry being ineligible for judging.

ALL PHOTOS FOR LANDSCAPING, BEAUTIFICATION, MODELS, ETC., MUST BE TAKEN IN 2017. Nominations which receive duplicate photos from previous years (yes, we do check) will be disqualified.

Payments for entry fees will be accepted via credit card (through this site) or by check within 2 weeks of the award deadline date. Failure to pay entry fee by the deadline date will result in nominee being disqualified from the judging. All fees are non-refundable.

Judges are individuals who are independent but familiar with the multifamily industry and/or category subject. Judges' identities and judging time will remain confidential throughout the judging process. Judges reserve the right to visit locations to finalize decisions when necessary. Please read the criteria carefully before submitting your nomination. The criteria CLEARLY states what areas the judges will be evaluating.
