ESPRIT AWARDS ENTRY DISQUALIFICATION GUIDANCE
Recommended Disqualifications are suggested disqualifications by entry judges. An entry judge's recommended disqualifications are reviewed by ILEA Headquarters to determine whether a violation actually occurred. No entrant will be notified of a their scores or the judges that reviewed their entry(s). If an entry is disqualified, entrants will be notified of the competition violations. ENTRANT(S) INFORMATION:
The entrant information section confirms that all Esprit entrants are current ILEA members to be eligible for member benefit.
Disqualifications Reasons:
• ILEA member ID doesn’t match the entrant name.
• ILEA member ID is not included for all entrants or is incorrect for all stated ILEA members.
ENTRY OVERVIEW:
Disqualifications Reasons:
• The entrant submitted an event outside of 2023.Entrants can submit a New Year’s Eve event.
• The entrant didn’t supply all required information.
• Credit card payment not applied to entry(s) correctly.
• Payment not received before the payment, submission or shipping deadlines.
• Check payments not received by deadline.
• Team or joint entrants’ payment not accurate for their entry
