COMEPTITION INFORMATION
Please read and reference the following documents prior to entering the competition:

Entry Fees - Total entry fee payments must be made when you submit your online entry forms to AICC. AICC will not accept entries without complete payments. Please note that fees are different this year. The first entry is $250, but any subsequent entries are free. We encourage you to submit more than one entry.

SHIPPING FROM THE UNITED STATES
Since all entries must be shipped internationally, AICC will be working with Agility Fairs and Events for the shipping logistics. All shipments must arrive to the Agility Fairs & Events warehouse in Illinois by Wednesday, August 21, 2019, (extended from August 16) in order to make the transport and border crossing into Canada. If your shipment arrives after that date, it will be accepted and shipped, however, there could be delays getting it across the boarder and there will be additional transportation and custom charges that will be your responsibility to pay. AICC will not assume responsibility or pay the additional incurred fees for any shipments that arrive after the deadline date.
Do NOT attempt to ship your entries to the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. AICC will not accept responsibility for any entries that are shipped to the hotel with regards to locating the shipments, payment, storage, or drayage fees.

Shipments must arrive by August 21, but cannot arrive prior to August 1.

In order for your entries to clear customs, you will need to include a Commercial Invoice/Packaging List in English giving a full description and value for each item contained in your shipment, giving weight and dimensions of each package. Please use this CIPL form. Click here.

Finally, you must alert Agility Fairs & Events about the details of your shipment. Email mmay@agility.com
SHIPPING FROM CANADA
All shipments must arrive by Friday, September 6, 2019.

Judging - Judging will take place at the AICC Annual Meeting being held Sept 16-18 at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto, Ontario. Specifically, it will take place on Monday, September 16. The winners will be announced on the evening of Tuesday, September 17 during the reception from 5:30-7:00pm.

Returning your Entries - AICC will not accept responsibility for any part of the return shipment process including, but not limited to, paperwork requirements, packaging materials, payment, or storage. If you would like to have your entry returned to you, please alert Laura Mihalick at Lmihalick@aiccbox.org. You are required to pack-up and ready your entry for return shipment on-site. Entries not prepared for shipment by 10:00 AM (local time) on Wednesday, September 18 will be destroyed.
