Entries will be accepted online at jewelerschoiceawards.com.

  • Entries due by 11:59 p.m. ET, October 10, 2018.
  • For an entry to be complete, it must include (1) a completed entry form (complete all fields); (2) photographs that meet the Photo Submission Requirements stated on the entry form; and (3) entry fee payment calculated in accordance with the Entry/Processing Fees table set forth on the entry form.
  • Late and incomplete entries will be disqualified. Once a submission is made, no additional or replacement photography or copy will be accepted.
  • You may submit as many entries as you’d like, and you may enter a piece in multiple categories. Each category entry requires a separate entry form, photo submission, and fee (e.g., a single piece entered in both the Diamond Jewelry Under $2,500 category and the Gold Jewelry Under $2,500 category will require a separate entry form, photo, and fee for each category).

WINNERS will be determined via voting by jewelry retailers on a secure JCK Jewelers’ Choice Awards website. Photos from your submission will be posted for viewing and voting.  All voting will be anonymous. Any attempts to compromise the anonymity of voting will result in disqualification. Fraudulent voting is not permitted. The top three (3) vote-getters in each category will be deemed “finalists.”

FINALISTS will be notified in January, 2019. Finalists may be required to submit their entered piece for physical inspection. Jewelry must be sent via insured, registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or insured overnight courier. Failure to submit jewelry may result in disqualification. Any piece that, upon inspection, is determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion not to qualify for the category in which the piece was entered will be disqualified from that category.

From among the finalists in each category, the recipient of the most votes will receive the Jewelers’ Choice Award for such category. Winners will be notified in January, 2019.

  • The entry that receives the most votes as the retailers’ overall favorite will receive the prestigious Grand Prize Award. The Grand Prize Award winner will be notified in January, 2019.
  • Grand Prize winner must send their winning piece to be photographed for inclusion in the magazine.

A list of category award winners will be posted on our website, jckonline.com, after the announcement in March, 2019.

  • All category award-winning pieces will be featured in the March/April 2019 issue of JCK Magazine.
  • Winners and finalists will be featured in JCK’s “Best of the Best” Jewelers’ Choice Awards Supplement, mailed with the March/April 2019 issue. The supplement will also mail to 6,000+ storefronts as part of the 2019 JCK Las Vegas Pre-Show Planning Package.
  • All category award winners and finalists will receive a JCK Jewelers’ Choice Award logo and collateral materials to promote their winning piece.
  • The Grand Prize Award-winning piece will be shown on the cover of JCK magazine.
