Kate has over 20 years of agency experience, working in just about every area of marketing; from brand strategy, TV and digital to sales promotion, experiential, conferences and PR. Kate is proud to be CEO of Bray Leino Ltd, leading their integrated businesses in the UK, Asia and North America. Kate’s experience spans numerous sectors, such as Food & Drink, Healthcare and highly complex B2B industries, and she is privileged to work with a fantastic range of clients, such as Muller, Jägermeister, BP and Visa. Outside of Bray Leino, Kate is active with the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) and also the IPA (Institute of Practitioners of Advertising), where she helps drive Client Service excellence in the industry. She is honored to be a Trustee of the North Devon Hospice and is also about to become a Trustee of a newly-formed plastic-reduction charity. She is married to Toby, practices yoga, runs (badly) and kite surfs (but only when it’s hot!).

Chris also serves on Rutgers University Data Advisory Board and The Board of Directors for the Association of National Advertisers NY. Prior to Adobe Chris was an award-winning executive creative director, noted speaker, author and AI and mobile technologist.

Mike Fredrick is the Chief Creative Officer at Nelson Schmidt in Milwaukee. He’s responsible for the overarching creativity of the agency across all clients, including Panduit, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Laborie and InSinkErator. Mike’s been an ad agency copywriter and creative director for nearly 25 years and his work has won numerous B2B awards, including recognition in the Global ACE, The Drum and B2 shows. He’s also a passionate voice in the industry and has been invited to speak about creativity at global B2B marketing conferences.

Stu understands the power of images to tell a story and influence perceptions. He has spent the bulk of his advertising career at Doremus, Young & Rubicam and J. Walter Thompson, where he’s created breakthrough programs for leading brands, such as Accenture, AT&T, United Airlines, Pella Windows, Dr Pepper, 7 UP, Citibank, HP, Intel and Visa. Stu is a winner of National, District and New York Gold ADDYs, Cannes Film Awards, EFFIES, London International Awards and the Society of Illustrators National Merit Award.

Ty Heath
Global Lead, Market Development

Ty is the Global Lead for Market Development for the Marketing Solutions group at LinkedIn and the former President of LinkedIn's Black Inclusion Group (BIG). Ty is passionate about connecting people to information needed to make intelligent decisions, delivering educational content to help marketers stay on top of the latest in digital marketing strategy with a bit of humor. Ty teaches B2B marketing, inbound marketing strategy, account-based marketing, social selling and content marketing, as well as leadership, diversity and inclusion. Ty was also the contributing author in the recently published book "The Professional Black Woman" and the full author of "Marketer's of Tomorrow: A Step by Step Toolkit for Inbound Marketing".

Natasha O’Rourke

Natasha started her career as a *gasp* account person, then quickly realized creative was where it’s at. She worked at FCB in New York before moving to Boston, where she wrote at Connelly Partners and PJA before a brief stint in freelancing. She’s since settled in as a Creative Director at Maidenhouse at John Hancock. Outside of work, she deals with her neat freak husband, two hilarious children, neurotic dog, Words with Friends addiction, and a raging case of misophonia.

Emmeli Österdahl

Emmeli has a background at the top agencies in Scandinavia, such as McCann, Lowe Brindfors, DDB and Great Works, the latter a leading independent digital innovation agency. Emmeli has taught digital advertising at numerous ad schools, including Berghs School of Communication – voted Best Advertising School four times at Cannes Future Lions. In spring 2016, she was asked to be the creative lead to restart and rebuild MRM//McCann Nordics and that path led to the headquarters of MRM//McCann in New York. Emmeli’s achievements include metals at all the major award shows, such as Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, New York Festivals, Eurobest, FAB Awards and Epica, among others.

He has served as a member the Association of National Advertiser's (ANA) School of Marketing faculty and the Creative Review Committee of The AdCouncil, as well as co-chair of the 4A’s Creative Technology Committee, the Adobe Global Creative Director’s Council and the Wharton School of Business’ “Future of Marketing” Digital Marketing curriculum committee.

In the over 25 years Kash has been in the business, he’s worked in good and not so good agencies. When people say “this is a bad agency!” or “you’ll never get good work out there!”, he thinks, “but what if I can?” Kash is presently the ECD of Gyro’s New York and San Francisco offices. Previously, he has been the CCO at SSK, ECD at Pereira O’Dell and ECD at JWT, as well a GCD at BBH New York. Kash’s most notable time was 5 years at Wieden and Kennedy, Portland where he won lots of shiny accolades, including an Emmy and a Film Grand Prix at Cannes. Kash was sure he’d be told this isn’t the way to write a bio. But what if it is?”

Anne brings 20 years of strategic branding and design experience and an expert sensibility to the solutions, strategies and stories she delivers to clients. Leading with simplicity and decisiveness, she cultivates a diverse, strong and business-savvy creative team that can visually express any business strategy and simplify any challenge. She works directly on Siegel+Gale’s largest and most impactful client engagements, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, CVS Health, DXC, P&G, GE and eBay. Additionally, her contributions have been vital to the company’s long-standing position as American Express’ brand agency of record. Anne’s work has been featured in Communication Arts, Graphis, Print, the AIGA Design Journal, the Transform Awards, the Creativity Awards, the ANA Reggie Awards, the BMA ACE Awards and many more. She lives in Montclair, New Jersey, with her three kids and Goldendoodle, Fergus.

Chris has spent over 20 years in marketing, working with organizations such as Google, Vodafone, Samsung, Walgreens Boots Alliance, BT, Fujitsu, Centrica, Kaspersky, RBS, SAP and Allianz. Chris founded the full-service agency Earnest in 2009 to help B2B marketing step out of the shade and stop being labeled a poor cousin to FMCG. It’s an ongoing mission... He is passionate about harnessing real human insight for marketing’s benefit – studying Behavioral Economics and psychology to help make it happen. In his spare time, Chris chairs the UK’s Business Agency Council and is on the founding Board of the Business Marketing Collective, and is a member of the DMA B2B Council.

Kali Winkler

Kali’s experience as a creative in both agency and in-house environments has allowed her to use the yang and the yang of both to her advantage. She started her career at the fashion start-up Rue La la and then moved to the transportation start-up Zipcar, where she was able to push the brand to what it’s known for today. Kali has spent the last 3 years at PJA where she has spearheaded award-winning creative for B2B and B2C clients like TracFrone, Total Wireless, Bed Bath & Beyond, PimaCott and HomeGrown Cotton, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and Enterprise Community Partners. She loves working with brands that are redefining and disrupting the marketplace to help them push forward visually and conceptually. Out of the office, you'll find her with concert tickets, her passport, and a yoga mat.

Susan Young

Susan has created award winning campaigns for iconic brands like Microsoft, MasterCard and Tide as well as non-profits like March For Our Lives, Girls Who Code, the AdCouncil and The Brady Campaign. She is passionate about work that is brave, beautiful and makes a difference but will settle for at least 1 out of the 3. Prior to BBDO, Susan was an Executive Creative Director at McCann and a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. She has been featured in Adweek’s Creative 100 and AdAge’s Creatives You Should Know and her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, the One Show, D&AD, Clios, Webby’s and numerous others. Susan lives in Brooklyn with her entrepreneur husband, genius daughter (this bio is written in third person so clearly there’s no bias in that statement) and almost completely blind and deaf Boston Terrier.
