Simon Foster

Simon's advertising career has taken him from the sunny shores of Sydney to the streets of New York and London. He finished a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing before beginning his copywriting career at Saatchi and Saatchi Sydney in 1996, then moved to boutique Sydney agency Foster Nunn Loveder. In 2000, Simon grabbed the opportunity to tackle New York and truly global brands like IBM, American Express, Stoli, Foster’s, Minute Maid, and Motorola, primarily at Ogilvy and Mather New York where his experience ranged across the full spectrum of trad-digital work. In 2011, he moved to London as Global Creative Director for BlackBerry at AMV BBDO, then in 2014 transferred back to BBDO New York as Senior Creative Director/SVP on AT&T. Simon's work has been recognized across all media at all the shows that matter, culminating in a nomination at the 2009 Emmy awards for Outstanding Commercial. Simon has also judged work at shows like the Australian Writers and Art Director’s (AWARD) and global EFFYs.
George Hammer

George Hammer believes we are in the golden age of content but face a war for attention. Today's content has to be exceptional; platform agnostic and audience specific. As a data-driven storyteller, George's mission is to unite brands and audiences with content that builds relationships and drives action.
George and his team of content gurus work together to develop content programs and strategies that connect IBM with its audiences and provides the information and tools they desire. Prior to joining IBM, George was the SVP of Content at Digitas, where he oversaw campaigns for clients such as Accenture, HP, GE, LEGO and American Express. He also worked at Discovery where he led the brand's content efforts for its digital channels. He spent the earlier part of his career launching a new media startup and working in agencies / consulting.
George is an undergraduate of Indiana University where he received his B.S., from the Kelley School of Business, and a graduate of the University of a Chicago where he received his MBA. Something personal and not corny...George spent 8 years in the improv circuit in Chicago performing regularly at venues like Second City. When he finds time, he runs, mostly from his household chores, to play with his daughter and Labrador retriever.

Teresa Herd is vice president, global creative director at Intel Corporation, responsible for defining and leading Intel’s global creative vision. This includes providing creative expertise and leadership across all communication channels globally to increase brand value and create demand for Intel products. As creative director, Herd oversees all creative development – for advertising, collateral, brand and website – leading a global and integrated creative process across all geographies.
Over the past three years Herd has also built an integrated team composed of internal resources in the Agency Inside as well as a strong production and content creation arm called Intel Global Production Lab. She also works with a stable of external agencies. Herd’s vision is to bring the best talent to bear on any given project, where they sit is not of significance. Using this model Herd has driven the creative to rebrand Intel, launching Jim Parsons as the most successful campaign in Intel’s history, Grammys program with Lady Gaga, Superbowl 51 Drone Halftime show and the 2018 Winter Olympic Drone show and campaign. Herd was recognized by AdAge in the Top 50 most creative people for 2016 and Intel’s Agency Inside was recognized as “the top internal agency” by AdAge for 2017.

John LaMacchia is Senior Creative Director, SVP at BBDO NY where he and his creative partner run AT&T Business and the AT&T Corporate account. Before BBDO John and his partner ran BlackBerry and FedEx globally out of AMV BBDO London. LaMacchia started his career at Ogilvy NY spending eleven years honing his craft and climbing the ranks to Creative Director, Senior Partner on a variety of accounts including American Express, IBM, Motorola, TriBeCa Film Festival, Perrier and Stolichnaya. He has worked with A-list talent including Robert De Niro, Tina Fey, Errol Morris, and Martin Scorsese. He has been awarded at every major award show. In 2009, LaMacchia was nominated for an Emmy for his work with American Express.

John Long has held creative posts in Los Angeles, Austin, and New York. At Ogilvy, he currently leads creative on a group of accounts including UPS, IKEA, IHG and Barclays and previously led the Starbucks, Southwest Airlines, Jägermeister and Chemours accounts. John came to Ogilvy from Code and Theory, where co-led brand creative and helmed some of the agency’s highest-profile initiatives such as “Peace Whopper” for Burger King and “No Maybes” for Maybelline New York. Prior to Code, he was Creative Director at Huge’s flagship office in Brooklyn where he led Nestlé, Pizza Hut, DICK’S Sporting Goods and TD Ameritrade. A writer by trade, John’s received over two dozen industry awards and has been published in The Drum, Campaign and McSweeney’s Internet Tendency. He and his wife Jodie live with the two biggest Nintendo fans in the tri-state area, Allen and Thomas, and a treat-addicted Jack Russell/Beagle named Twix in Bedford, New York.

In his spare time, Chris chairs the UK’s Business Agency Council and is on the founding Board of the Business Marketing Collective, and is a member of the DMA B2B Council.

Sara also strives to create a culture that is hard working, fun and inclusive.
Currently A GCD at Huge in Brooklyn, she is leading a team across several different brands, helping Huge bridge the gap between traditional and digital. Previously Sara was the Creative Director at Pereira O'Dell NY, but she has worked at agencies including: Goodby, Silverstein and Partners SF, Eleven Inc. SF, and JWT NY. In her years of working in advertising Sara has worked on a variety of brands and Her campaigns have been recognized at the industry awards shows such as Cannes, the One Show, Andy awards, AICP, and many other notable industry publications. Several of her campaigns have received national press coverage and have been shared widely online.
Vito Zarrillo

Vito Zarrillo was most recently the Executive Creative Director of gyro New York and responsible for the entire creative output of the agency. He began his advertising career at Doremus as an art director on Ace Group, Rabobank, United Technologies, McGraw-Hill, and WNYC radio. From there, he moved to Cline Davis Mann’s digital arm working on pharmaceutical clients such as Genentech and Pfizer. The pull of more general and B2B focused communications brought him back to working on global clients such as LG, Midori, and Knoll Furniture at Fathom Advertising.
During his years at gyro:NY, was responsible for creating some of the agency’s most iconic work to date including Time Inc., Medidata, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, TD Ameritrade Institutional, and Hilton brands. Vito’s non-profit experience includes International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Joe Torre’s Safe at Home Foundation.
Vito is driven to inspire those around him to incessantly think about client business problems and to craft smart, effective, beautiful pieces of communication to solve those problems. In doing so he has won D&ADs, ADDYs, Webbys, Effies, Global ACEs, B2s and the Art Directors Club. He is proud of his awards, but even prouder of the results he has delivered for his clients. Vito is a proud to be an Executive Committee board member of the BMA New York City.
