To be eligible for this award, chapters with more than 500 members must submit at least one individual for nomination for the Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the Year Award, and for three other APWA national awards. To be eligible for this  award, chapters with 500 members or less must submit at least one nomination for an APWA national award from any category. All required fiscal year and financial reorting was submitted by July 31, 2020 of the nomination time period of January 1 through December 31, 2020 AND 1099 information was submitted by January 15, 2021. Chapters will be notified by APWA National as to their eligibility to submit a nomination for the award.
