Section 1.

Section 2.

Please Note the Following Membership Requirements

MHI members can enter any award category they qualify for.  Companies that are members of state associations and not direct members of MHI can enter the following categories:

  • The Modular Home Design Awards competition
  • National Energy Efficiency Leader of the Year Award.

If you are a member of the state association you can enter:

  • The Retail Sales Center of the Year Award
    • Must be a member of the state association retail center is located.
  • The Land-Lease Communities Award
    • Must be a member of the state association in the state where the community is located.
  • The Outstanding Interior Design/Home Merchandising Award
    • Must be a member of the state association in the state where the retail center is located.

Section 3.

Permission to Use Photography

All materials submitted for the 2018 National Industry Awards Competition become property of the Manufactured Housing Institute.  By submitting your images you are giving MHI permission to use the photographs included in the submission in its future publications, web site, photo library and online photo gallery.  Videos may also be used in the online photo gallery.  Entrants are responsible for obtaining permission to use photography produced by others.

The deadline for entries, fees and entry materials to be entered into the system is March 9, 2018.
