To be eligible for this award, chapters with more than 500 members must submit at least one individual for nomination for the Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the Year Award, and for three other APWA national awards.
To be eligible for this award, chapters with 500 members or less must submit at least one nomination for an APWA national award from any category.
Original submittal should address the four categories of Membership, Service to Chapter Members, Advancement of Public Works and Sustainability, and Service to the Community.
