In this fast paced session, credit union attorney Mike Blalack will provide Directors with a basic foundation for understanding their fiduciary duties and responsibilities and then also provide practical recommendations on how Directors can actually fulfill those fiduciary duties and responsibilities. 2:15 p.m. Strategic Thought Emily Hollis, President and CEO, ALM First Business plans are forever changing attempting to prevent devasting events. This session will provoke strategic thought for managing and overcoming potential challenges in 2016 and beyond.
