Pam Brodsack – TMG Chief Technology Officer

Pam Brodsack is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TMG. In this role, Pam is responsible for strategic enhancement and implementation of a broad range of technology solutions to meet TMG's business objectives.

Pam’s expertise in creating secure environments in which to capture, store, mine and produce predictive analytic models is important as TMG guides its financial institution clients through the realm of Big Data. As TMG continues to expand its capabilities for helping financial institutions make informed decisions regarding card portfolio management and growth, Pam brings the competency necessary to maintain a position of leadership in this area.

A seasoned IT executive with extensive telephony, application development, data analytics and warehousing experience, Pam has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to the financial services sector. Most recently, she served at CTO for Enhanced Resource Centers (ERC), a national debt collections and business process company. Prior to ERC, she held a variety of IT positions with CBE Companies, a global provider of call center solutions.

Brodsack’s experience includes leading the complete redesign of a telecommunications system, as well as transitioning to a cloud-based environment. She has also proven instrumental to the development of propriety software, as well as an online program that eventually became a new product her employer marketed and sold to other providers.

Brodsack earned her bachelor’s degree in management of information systems from the University of Northern Iowa and her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a graduate of Chicago Booth’s Executive Education program where she studied high-performance leadership.
